Send a private payment
You need one thing about the person you are paying: their ordinary wallet address. The key to encrypt for them is published on chain and read from there — nothing is exchanged between you, and their wallet never appears in your transaction.
A 1% fee is added on top, minimum 0.1 — the recipient gets the full
amount you typed. You will see the exact total before you sign.
Why we charge it.
Encrypted for the recipient — and for an auditor, if you name one below.
Never visible on chain.
Until then the money is the recipient's to collect. After it, and only if
they have not collected, you can take it back.
Let someone read this payment
They will be able to read the amount and the note of this payment, and
nothing else — an auditor cannot spend. They must have enabled private
payments too.
The payment secret is created in this tab and sealed for the recipient before anything leaves it. Your wallet signs the transfer; the note is never handed to anyone — the recipient finds this payment themselves with their own key.
